His expertise spans end-to-end operations, guest experience design, quality assurance, and service excellence. Harsh Vaidya is a visionary entrepreneur and Chief Business Officer at Nyotal, driving its commercial success through strategic growth initiatives. A postgraduate in Operations Management, he brings over 17 years of experience with international Food & Beverage retail chains. His expertise includes multi-unit operations, franchise and project management, strategic business development, brand positioning, partnerships, and building sustainable, scalable growth models aligned with evolving traveler expectations.
